When you've restored the lesser Stillstone Pond Guardafiamma in Precipizi Sacri (The War Within), Taerry Pietralorda will be available as a vendor for Vaso di Scintillucciole. Buy one for 2x Residuo Radioso (picked up from the ground or dropped by creatures in the Keyflame areas), activate it, and walk south along the nearby water. You will start to see emotes about Sparkbugs taking an interest in your Vaso di Scintillucciole light and eventually see a highlighted Hallowfall Sparkfly that will drop the Fulgola Benedetta when you interact.

I am having a lot of trouble getting this to work while the world quest Bog Beast Banishment is going on and there are a lot of players in the area killing the frogs/bugs. I have had the emote pop up for me that a sparkfly was interested in my light but the Sparkfly will vanished before I have a chance to click on it. You can be any where in the area and it will happen at random, but for some reason the world quest is interfering with this not allowing me to get the pet.

You cannot loot this pet until you are 80. Don't crush your soul like I did one bar away to have it despawn. Took about 25 minutes of walking back and forth before he spawns and he is not like the curious ones, he will have a gear interaction.

You can loot more than one within the hour of the buff. I tested it and got 6 pets in total.

Having this equipped then shapeshifting into Travel Form to fly as a druid, made my left wing not show or animate on the flying form. :P
