A decent cape for this set is the venerable 石像鬼斗篷.

Or 坚定忠诚斗篷 is less bright and also a pretty good match.

This is a very strange classification, considering Garothi armor and Praetorium Guard armor look completely different, particularly they have different coloration (golden colors of different variations for Garothi armor and gray colors of different variations with blue gems for Praetorium Guard). They should be separate transmog sets.

Wowhead's categorization of the Venerated Triumverate Sets is confusing. In an effort to shed some Light on this, I have created a List:

Venerated Triumverate Armor

Tab 1 (Garothi) is obtainable ~~as a rare drop from Relinquished pieces or~~ from World Quests. Note that it is a brighter shade of gold. Tab 2 shows the set obtainable from the Seat of the Triumverate Dungeon. It is a slightly more muted coloration of the set. Tab 3 shows the Praetorum pieces which are only available, as far as I know, from Relinquished gear. You'll see that it is much darker than the others.Tabs 4 and 5 show the PVP versions of this set.

Note that the SoT version of the set can be unlocked as an Ensemble. You can see that here.

I personally think the Cloak of the Master at Arms is the perfect cloak for this set.

Edit: Garothi pieces are only available through World Quests on Argus. Also, updated best matching cloak for this set.

Just asking but for a Prot Warrior which would be, in your honest opinion, be the best looking sword and shield for this armor ?
I, personally, would put 仿制的雄狮之心 and 仿制的雄狮之牙, what do think ?

The Garothi and Praetorium Guard Sets have better matches for cloak transmog.
巴苏的酸蚀斗篷 goes pretty well with the garothi set and 永生守护者斗篷 goes well with the praetorium guard's set. Just gotta match the colors of the cloth on the armor with the color of the cloak as close as possible to make a natural look.

I want to make a suggestion for the Praetorium Guard's version: Regarding the cloak, I personally think 多莉的拥抱 suits this variant best. As for the weapon, my preferred choice is 奎尔德拉，信仰之力.
