This set is a green version of Sage's Regalia (If wearing Sage's Cloth instead of Sage's Robe).
Both are worn by Gnomes outside Gnomeregan.
There are lookalikes that make a 'red set' as well, but the legs for it are leather.

There is also a shoulder slot for this set: Shimmering Amice -- however, it is a white vendor item, so cannot be used for transmog sets.

This set uses the "White Green" variant of the "B4 Cloth" artwork and has a sports uniform look to it. Together the pieces form a complete six-piece set.

Like many older artwork sets, no art exists for the head and shoulders. Just pick whatever you think works.

Note that the listed boots actually belong to two different models. 酸性长靴 have a slimmer shape than the other two (but still use the same artwork and colour). I think they actually suit the set better.

There are two other colours of this artwork, but only one is available in the game as a complete set, see:

White Blue : Shimmering Regalia (Recolor).
There used to be most of a cloth "White Red" set as well, but the only chest (深红外套) is now unavailable. The leggings, X-52驾驶员护腿, were only available in leather anyway.

Add Ivycloth Mantle and Goblin Rocket Helmet for ultimate Diving Suit. Looks hilarious, especially on Goblins/Gnomes ;)

The shimmering belt, robe, and gloves can be farmed off of the humanoid mobs in Duskwood quite easily. Addle's Stead, Vul'Gold Ogre Mound, and the Rotting Orchard works well.

If you're looking to set up a Gnomish S.A.F.E Officer RP outfit, this is the one they wear. I'm currently researching some shoulders that match theirs. Pair it with the 绿色护目镜 and 假想之锤 and you're set for looking the part. If you're not a cloth wearer, there are several other weapons you can use that look the "engineer" part - I don't have a current listing but I'll add them here as I find them - unfortunately I have yet to find a dagger that would match.

This may seem strange but a nice set is:

Blue Overalls (Tailoring)
Staff from Dead Mines off Foe Reaper
Seers Belt
And any blue shoulders

I managed to attain pieces for this set quite quickly by killing rare spawns in both Duskwood and Redridge Mountains (I assume that this would also work in zones of similar level brackets, i.e: Darkshore + Ashenvale or the Northern Barrens.)

Using rare spawn maps that are linked below, I planned an efficient route around the respective zones and even got 2 pieces for the set in one lap of a zone due to the relatively small loot pools of the rares in these zones.

My Warlock is using this Set with:

Head: 地精火箭头盔
Shoulder: 绿纹衬肩
Weapon: 曲奇的搅棍
(The weapon is amazing, cause the green orb has a white glow which enlightens the whole charakter.)
