If you're looking for the comparable blue set, here's a link to what I've found so far. Several waist and feet items work OK, as they are basically just brown. I haven't stumbled upon a blue helm, yet.

This mail set is from level 30 zone rewards.

There are several recolored sets in this style. Unfortunately, the only pants are in blue, so three sets are pantsless.

Dear Blizzard,

Please finish this set! It's one of the best looking "modest" sets in the game.

There are plenty of quests in this level bracket that reward cash & XP, but no Armor/Weapons. For the sake of Transmogging, it would be so simple to add these missing pieces to the game...

Got most of this set doing the pirate quest chain in Booty Bay. Among the spoils where the 哗变者的套索 which works well with this set. As for pants the 血链护腿 from old Scholomance works well for pants. Sorry if you didn't grab them before patch 5.0.4.

Annoyingly enough, the blue set misses boots, and the other sets misses pants.

Kinda sucks to be honest.

It's kinda a stretch but using the same colors 无用的护腿 and 爆裂腰带 can work.
