Indeed it is a GREAT shaman helm.

Warriors may have something better for lvl 40 plate, but, if you get help doing this at 32, man you're set for 8 levels or more.

I didn't get this on my Warrior, because I didn't do the quest, but still, go for it!

this was my first helmet for my hunter at lvl 40. I liked it, it was pretty good. (I'm sorry, I don't know all of the complicated talk that you WoW Hobbyists talk about)
