I present 眼目聚焦 Storyline part of 统御之链 which is the criteria for 打破锁链. This Story line have 16 Quests. I get this Quest after log in to game after path 9.1.0 and i had 40 名望.

1 感激的证明 Quest start from 塔尔-加兰 63 24. You need to go to 威·娜莉 65 22 in cave.
2 畅通无阻 Speak with 威·娜莉 then press on 心能之流传送器 65 23 - next to waystone to Oribos. Then move back to Cave and pick up 威·娜莉鼓囊囊的袋子 then use 心能之流传送器
3 翻袋掏兜 Press on 转移扩增器 is next to 威·娜莉 on ground. Move back to 威·娜莉 and press on 转移扩增器 one more time.
4 助听效用 Find and press on 3 听觉定序器 in order: 64 57 then 67 58 then 64 50 ( You can use spell on EXTRA BAR to get invisibility.
5 鸟以群分 Move to 67 55 and speak with 接引者丹妮卡 is in cage.
6 笼中之鸟 Move to cave use spell on EXTRA BAR to get invisibility then go to end of corridor and kill 歇尔鲁恩 and pick up 冥锻印记 then move back to 接引者丹妮卡 to open cage.
7 攫取苍穹 Speak with 接引者丹妮卡 Cinematic will start after all you will be moved to Skyhold.
8 愤恨交织 move to 58 78 after conversation with Odyn press on EXTRA BAR then finish quest to Odyn.
9 愤怒的呐喊 You need to forged 新铸的号角 to start speak with 锻造大师海尔加. Then 锻造大师海尔加 will ask for 1 of 3 materials every 5-10 sec. Read what He is asking for the press on 粉状熔剂, 英雄骨尘 or 蜜酒 all of them are on right side from forge. Return Quest to Odyn.
10 选召之众 Go to 72 35 and use 挑战号角 to get on Arena and defeat 3 Challengers then give back quest to 武器大师奥斯瓦德 72 37
11 奥丁之怒 Speak with Odyn
12 来自噬渊的教诲 First jump in to Shyhold Portal 58 24 then in Oribos jumt to Maw then speak with 威·娜莉.
13 愤怒掌控 Use 虹吸装置 on 狂怒影魔 to drain 100% rage. located in Maw 33 30 return quest to 威·娜莉的投影 37 26
14 受诅者之泪 Pick up 10 of 受诅者之泪 from ground in Maw 33 30 return quest to 威·娜莉的投影 37 26
15 眼目聚焦 Move to 42 21 and use spell on EXTRA BAR. Now you need to defeat 典狱长之眼. 丹妮卡 will drop harpoons all the time Use them to pull Small Eys. When You will kill all small. after finish this quest You will get 盲目之眼 ( no more Eye of the Jailer in MAW :D ).
16 喜讯，各位！ Speak with 丹妮卡 to fly to 大领主伯瓦尔·弗塔根 speak with him then finish Quest.

I verified - I have the appropriate renown, I have completed "Focusing the Eye" and "Good News Everyone" and yet no progression. This has got to be the worst expansion to date. THE WORST.
