Umm this bonus is stupid good that only gets better as your gear scales...
As much as I LOVE what it looks like now, I wouldn't be surprised of Blizz clipped it down a bit. But you never know with them.

The critical strike buff is Fiery Devastation.
The haste buff is Future on Fire.
The mastery buff is called Master of the Flames.

Keep in mind that the proc takes a snapshot of your current combat rating values and includes all active procs, not just raw rating from gear. You can exploit this behaviour on the pull by waiting for your trinkets to proc before using Tricks. As an example, let's assume a combat rogue with 2000 haste rating on gear. If you use Tricks on the tank (or whoever else) before you start attacking, you have a chance of getting 500 extra haste rating if 急速之焰 procs. But if you wait until you have both buffs from 矩阵回稳器 and 饥不择食, the bonus becomes closer to 1300 haste.

Note that after the first cast of the encounter, it is probably not worth it to wait for trinket procs more than a few seconds.

as you can see, it will not do 2 in a row, but neither does it do all 3 evenly. Whatever buff you just got, it randomly picks out of the 2 possible other buffs, as I got crit/mastery/crit/mastery chain.
