This is the Lava Burst overloaded added in Cataclysm.

It's easier to apply a new spell to Lava Burst that will shoot an instant Lava Burst and be activated through talents then to completely re-wire an existing spell to have it affected by a talent.

The real Lava Burst's range is 30 yds, but the talent proc is 100 yds because lets say you hit someone at 30 yds and get knocked back but it hasn't hit him yet - if it hits him and it procs, the extra Lava Burst can hit from 100 yds away.

As of patch 5.2, this effect's tooltip is wrong. The effect has the same functionality as its base spell (熔岩爆裂), which means it always critically hits and damage is increased by .
