Only one word to describe this 2Piece. Awesome. Lose the 2Piece T8 10% increased Damage on RS, we get 17% extra aggro on RS in 3.3. Then we get 20% extra Damage on Death and Decay, pure awesomeness.

Just tested this on level-80 training dummies, and yes this 2-piece set bonus stacks with the glyph.

With glyph --> 330 counts for 135913 damage. Average of 411.86 and crit for 765 each.
Without glyph --> 330 counts for 114840 damage. Average of 348.00 and crit for 638 each.

Sometimes I feel like the only frost tank in the game.

I just can't get worked up about this ability that I'm rarely, if ever, going to use on a boss fight.

I've wondered for quite some time now, but I can't really figure it out.
Does this bonus (and the glyph) make it worth using for single-target? I've got fairly low HR and expertise, meaning my RS/HS/DS does fail to hit occasionally.

The downside I can think of for this would be that I'd replace one Death Strike (and a Blood Strike ) every 15 seconds, even though it overheals more often than not.
