Few things bout this legendary that made it not as good as it sound

1) There will only be ONE copy of the mask, Fae Fermata doesn't create more Haunted Mask.

2) It will only duplicate 50% of the cooldown reduction effect on friendly target, or 100% of the mana regen effect on hostile target - very likely its best use.

3) It does not move together with the faerie through use of flash heal or shadow word pain.

im sure they put such limitation in places to prevent it becoming bis for priest. Imagine 1.5min of

(1) 40% damage reduction on target
(2) 28% mana regen
(3) 40 sec cooldown reduction on Rapture/Spirit Shell/Divine Hymn

with the possibility to spread around through fae fermata at 80% efficiency.

I have been playing with this leggo effect since the Unity becomes available. I find the Haunted Mask extremely difficult to manipulate and sometimes can be very random. You have to figure out how to redirect the mask to get the effect you are intending. Here are a few scenarios I have discovered:

1. If you cast Fae Guardian on yourself without targeting anything, the initial position of the Haunted Mask is on yourself and its effect is cd reduction.
2. If you cast Fae Guardian directly on an ally player, the initial position of the Haunted Mask is on your ally and its effect is damage reduction.
3. If you cast VE (Void Eruption) and then you cast Fae Guardian immediately after and (even if) you are targeting an enemy unit, the initial position of the Haunted Mask is on yourself and its effect is cd reduction.
4. If you cast Fae Guardian outside of VE (which you will do very often as the cd won't line up for VE and Fae Guardian anymore), and if you are targeting an enemy unit, the initial position of the Haunted Mask is on the enemy and its effect is "Wrathful Faerie" (mana regen/extra insanity).
5. If you have both Guardian Faerie (damage reduction) and Benevolent Faerie (cd reduction) on yourself, the effect of the Haunted mask is cd reduction.
6. If your ally have both Guardian Faerie (damage reduction) and Benevolent Faerie (cd reduction) on them, the effect of the Haunted mask is damage reduction.
