to get this buff you have to go to a transporter-like device,
when you stand inside it you get the buff
it turns you into a gnome with winter clothing

i found one of those transporter-like devices just outside the flight master in stormwind

Note that your appearance (face, not color) will change if you :
1. Zone
2. Switch stances, stealth, etc.
3. Step inside the Machine again

Also, you can change whether you're green or red, just keep stepping in and out of the machine

Most of these that I've seen are next to zepellins or boats, and goblin cities. (I.e. outside of Gadgezstan)

if you use 褪色的巫师帽 and get a female form you can get a female gnome costume.

oh and of course druids cant have fun with this.

I've noticed a glitch in the scaling happens when you ride into the machine on either a bear or cat mount. You become a gnome that is larger than a dwarf. When you dismount you become the normal sized gnome. If you cancel the buff while this glitch is in effect you become a larger version of yourself until you dismount. I've noticed that many of the mounts are also scaled up a bit while the buff is in effect.

It's part of the garrison Chrismas decorations but it doesn't seem to be functional. I tried a few times and it wouldn't give me the costume. Ended up having to go to IF for my costume.

It's seems to be quite bugged, but not a big problem. If you find that it doesn't work, just quit a try again. /reload and disconnecting won't work, what you have to do is to EXIT THE GAME.

My garrison wondervolt didn't work. I tried exiting the game and still wouldn't. It only kicked in after I dismissed the decorations and then reapplied them.

patch 8.1 Can't mount after have costume on. Bug perhaps? I get " it's not ready yet"

Orgrimmar Location :
Behind the Flight Master, to the right of the lift.

Stormwind Location :
At the bottom (to the left) of the stairs leading to the Flight Master.
The Stormwind Quartermaster is on the other side of those stairs.

Ironforge Location :
Just outside the Gates of Ironforge, to the right as you look in.

Hi all

On This Christmas Achievement 我的小帮手 You need to do in order:

1. Take Buff. You can find it out side Ironforge 60 33. Just get inside Winter Wondervolt machine and you will get transform with buff PX-238冬幕欢乐制造器.
2. Join Battle ( press I -> PVP -> Quick Match -> Specific BG -> Pick Isle of Conquest or Battle for Wintergrasp They are best to do it fast. Be care if you die you lose buff and you need to pick it up one more time.
3. Earn 50 honorable kills. Stay on back that will make it faster :).

After Earn 50 You will reach Achievement.

As I do with World Events... I've made an AddOn, which I uploaded to Curse, and it gives a ton of information about completing this World Event.

If you do care to download then I hope that you found it useful. Players unfamiliar with the layout of opposing capital cities will especially like my BB King information and yeah... I got the Bromance achievement covered too!
