I find this bonus really absurd. Having extra survability during Vampiric Blood is not required and if Blizzard is encouring us to use Vampiric Blood as a DPS-boost-mechanic I fing it even more absurd.

I like to see more mitigation, useful skills to move faster or simply make reductions via active mitigation. Our mastery gain is really low, since the blood shield is consumed faster as we can generate more amount of it and our mobility is by far the less of all the tanks in the game right now. We bright only in the healing aspect of the tanks and that's because we eat a lot more of damage than the rest.

Having a bonus that gives us, BDK more mobility would be very desirable: extra movement while having bone shield or every X runic power expend reduces the cooldown of Wraith walk. Something more about ACTIVE use of skills, rather than: "you eat less damage while using X skill". Being X skill the best for survability.
