To confirm, this and the sha mount do not currently drop, not on a single armory. Any proof, please link an armory.

This mount can be confused for the black serpent mount quite easily.

As of Patch 7.2.5, Sha of Anger now only spawns at the location just to the west of One Keg.

A common question I hear while I am farming Sha is "what is the re-spawn timer?" and I have heard many wrong answers. To clarify, Sha's spawn timer is any time between the minimum of 10 minutes and the maximum time of 20 minutes. Make sure you have elder charms so you can bonus roll for extra chance at mount 长者的好运符
Also I find using chat timestamps really useful for if you miss a spawn when you are afk, as you will see the time next to Sha's yell and know what time he spawned. and therefore when he is due next. Its also a great way to get the spawn time accurate so you don't just miss the next spawn. Activate this feature via Game Menu>Interface>Social>Chat timestamps.
Timestamps are also great for seeing what time someone messaged you in game etc :-)

I got mine last Week also by Bonusroll. Farm them!.... its not much time to invest, and they are always worth farming -->Time invested: 5 min for a few Bonusroll
