Throughout the fight with a transparent version of Onyxia, she will Stun for lots of seconds (14 in one case? super annoying). You are however, provided an Action Button with the icon for Will to Survive which doesn't seem to have any cooldown. Just click it. :)

Do whatever damage you're going to do, you'll win eventually.

DO NOT push her into the next room! IF YOU SUCCEED AT THAT this quest will reset as if it's a precognition. You won't have to retake the quest but you will have to fight it all over again. -- signed, frustrated Tank trying to do her dragonclobber job.

The NPC dialogue that goes along with this quest:

The player picks up the Drakefire Amulet and gives it to 马迪亚斯·肖尔大师. As Vanessa begins to walk away, Shaw suddenly realizes something is wrong.

Master Mathias Shaw says: Wait, something isn't right...
Master Mathias Shaw says: ... Vanessa.

梵妮莎·范克里夫 says: Noticed my little sleight of hand, did you? No way I'm leaving something like this for Stormwind. The Drakefire Amulet is mine, now.

Master Mathias Shaw says: I don't think so, VanCleef! Hand it over!

As Shaw and Vanessa begin to fight, the 龙火影响 overwhelms the group.

塞西莉亚·克莱辛顿 says: What... what's happening?

Shade of Onyxia says: The control I could give you... you only have to take it.

An 威压之势 seems to speak right into the player's ear, tempting them to steal the amulet.

Shade of Onyxia says: The control I could give you... you only have to take it.

Shade of Onyxia says: You cannot resist. Kill them all. Take it for yourself.

The player clings to their 生存意志, refusing to be overwhelmed despite the magic of the amulet repeatedly attacking their mind. The 威压之势 threatens to overpower them all again, but Mathias and Vanessa suddenly snap out of it.

Master Mathias Shaw says: It's Onyxia... her will... lingers over that amulet. Over all of us.

Vanessa VanCleef says: Some long dead dragon thinks she can manipulate me? I don't think so.
Vanessa VanCleef says: I've had enough of this worthless trinket!
Vanessa Vancleef shatters the Drakefire Amulet.

The voice suddenly becomes embodied as the Shade of Onyxia angrily appears in the Main Hall.

Shade of Onyxia yells: NOOO! POWER! CONSUME ALL! TAKE IT ALL!

Master Mathias Shaw says: Your power is gone, and your legacy is broken, snake!

The group manages at last to defeat the shade, although it doesn't feel so much like a victory as it does a stark reminder of the constant challenges upon humanity.

Vanessa VanCleef says: Is this what it's always going to be for our people? To be manipulated by great unknown powers, time and time again?

Master Mathias Shaw says: And to overcome them, time and time again.

A small bug note: the quest gives you Will to Survive which doesn't have any cooldown. But if you have a Gladiator's Medallion equiped, then you will get a cooldown

This is the questline for the 人类 Heritage armor.
For this questline you must have a human at level 50+ who is exalted with Stormwind.
The first quest popped up after login (but just in the quest tracker, no quest window) and wants us to meet Master Mathias Shaw in Stormwind. If you didn't get the quest, try to find it at the Stormwind Embassy in the northwest.

Questline took about 25 minutes with level 61, incl. cinematics and flights.

Level 63 warrior ilvl 219 this just seems impossible. No matter how quick I am at dispelling the stun and how quick i am at using impending victory to heal, I just keep getting killed.

This is not fun.

So, I've just managed to kill her with my lvl 51 rogue. The key to the fight is your "Vanish" skill. The strategy is as follows (for rogues only):
1. Let the fight start, go stealth as she can start attacking you, let the NPCs damage her until her health stops going down (takes several seconds, actually).
2. Stay at her side (I stood near Cecilia), deal some damage to get combo points, but immediately stop damage when you are at 40-50% agro (may be you can go a bit higher, I'm not sure).
3. Wait for her to cast stun, Shadow Breath and Vicious Strike. Attack, deal as much damage as you can, but do not spend combo points (you may need them for your Kidney Shot later). Remove stun, run from Shadow Breath and immediately use Kidney Shot when she starts casting Vicious Strike. Use Vanish while she is stunned and go back to Cecilia. You will lose aggro and she will attack the NPCs again (it does not matter if they have any health left).
4. Wait for your Vanish cooldown, repeat steps 2-3.
Took me about 10 minutes. Actually, it can be done by any class having some spell to lose aggro. Do some damage, drop aggro, wait for this spell cooldown, repeat.

Managed to do this on my 61 monk after about 8 tries and running out of potions. The trick is to slow your dps until you draw aggro and then burn her down. As others have said, don't attack at first, and wait until her health stops dropping. Then slowly attack until she gets about 89K health at which point she'll start targetting you. Then burn through your cooldowns and kill her before she kills you. YMMV with other classes.
