To be able to start progress on the 历史碎片 achievement, you first need to speak to 艾米莉亚·贝洛克 in the Waking Shores at 75.4, 33.8. Ask her what she's doing on the Dragon Isles and you will be able to start collecting the different quest items.

For the 历史碎片 achievement, you must first talk to 艾米莉亚·贝洛克 in 觉醒海岸 in the Wingrest Embassy and then bring 10 loose pieces of statuary on the Dragon Isles to her.
You can collect all the pieces at once and get a quest for each piece you collect.
You can turn in all the quests at once at 艾米莉亚·贝洛克, after that you will get the achievement 历史碎片.
After the achievement, you can buy a 繁饰巨龙雕像 at 艾米莉亚·贝洛克 for 200 gold.

The loose pieces of statuary can be found on the Dragon Isles in the following areas:

觉醒海岸

First, approach 艾米莉亚·贝洛克 at the Wingrest Embassy. She works by the large dragon statue at the back foot.
