耶努的风筝 is located on 觉醒海岸 at 46.74 31.26 stuck on a tree on top of a rock pillar. It contains the toy 耶努的风筝.

To reach it land on the platform on the tree with the Kite Adventurers, from there you can walk on the tree branch to the kite.

Glide up to the tree where you see couple of Kite Adventurers 辛西娅·云语 & 特拉维斯·莫罗
Then follow the branch to the left
Treasure is on top of a tree branch.

Required for: 觉醒海岸的宝藏

There is a big tree on the top of the mountain. Use your dragon to flight onto it (onto the house).
You will see a big branch you can walk along. In the end you will spot the treasure. Carefully move to there and collect it.

耶努的风筝 is part of the achievement 觉醒海岸的宝藏.
耶努的风筝 is located in 觉醒海岸 when you fly west from the Uktulut Backwater camp to the Crumbling Cliffs. You will see between the mountains a large rock with a large tree on it. 耶努的风筝 has gotten caught in a branch.
If you like you can talk to 耶努 who is standing in front of the tree before and after you free the dragon from the branch, thus getting 耶努的风筝.
On the tree are also 特拉维斯·莫罗 and 辛西娅·云语, from her you are welcome to buy a 风鳞驭者.

If you already collected 耶努的风筝 on another character, you may instead receive some Dragon Isles Supplies when you loot the treasure.
For all the trouble attempting to do this on a second character, I was given 36 Dragon Isles Supplies on my Shaman. The amount may vary for each character.
Not really worth the trouble unless you want the character achievement that others have pointed out: 觉醒海岸的宝藏.
