I found one of these while in Val'shara on approach to Starstalker's Point coming from the west side water side) base of Black Rook Hold. It contained a 沉重的兄弟图腾 10 Class Hall (garrison) resources and 织梦者徽章

I found one in Azsuna earlier today, too, and it had about the same stuff in it, except it had a Court of Farondis rep token.

The 藏宝图：阿苏纳 will not show Elven Treasure Chests on your minimap. You must go and find them yourself.

It is yet to be known if this is intentional or not.

Found one in a little driftwood house on the north coast of Val'sharah, north of the Dreamgrove.

Each zone appears to have its own random-spawning treasure chests.
These chests are not to be confused with the similar looking but static, zone treasures (Treasure Chests, Small Treasure Chests, Protected Treasure Chests, etc...) which can be obtained only once per character.
