That one ! How do we get to that one ?

It's the last one in the zone I haven't been able to get to yet and I have been in the area a while and I can not get to it.

Handy notes says in its notes a single word "cave"

From Riverbend, the cave is South and called Bilestone Enclave.

Go in then up the ramp on the right and all the way to the end of the mezzanine where a large glowing symbol is drawn on the ground. The chest is there.

Coords are roughly 41.50 73.10
