This container is located directly to the left of Ambersmith Zikk (the quartermaster) when you are facing him.

The "container" is the actual weapon rack beside Zikk the Quartermaster. It's the actual Halbred weapon on the rack.

If you're also exalted with 卡拉克西 and you've returned to get 人在卡拉克西 but can't for the life of you figure out what you're missing, 无伤者之戟 is an OBJECT, not an NPC!

Staring straight at 琥珀匠师齐克, look to his right (your left) and there is a large, orange spear on a rack. Click the spear to open the dialogue window for 铁皮螳螂妖. Happy achi-farming! :)
