Found during alpha in Dalaran Sewers. Didn't do much except spawn many spiders that scattered around the place of its death. The little spiders it spawned were hostile but didn't really aggro until I attacked them.

Kill it moments ago it drop 盲目之眼, 46 in mine case. Don't know if drop more things :/

The 腐化之蛋, when it spawns, has about 5 million health at baseline. Destroying it spawns a number of 魔力充盈的小蜘蛛 that can be killed for 盲目之眼s.

By far the worst of the rares in the Underbelly. You CANNOT use the wand on the egg, nor the spiders that spawn and only get 40-50 eyes for the entire group as opposed to a wanded rare giving 150-200

Not only you cannot use the 狂野法力魔杖 on the egg, but if you kill it fast instead of letting it slowly go lower on health, it doesn't spawn the small spiders and those are the ones that drop 盲目之眼.

If you kill this NPC too quickly it can fail to spawn the spiders and (it seems) block other rares from spawning.

I fixed it by not using abilities and just basic attacking it to death, took me 3 kills/respawns before figuring this out

Safest is to use the toy "Soft Foam Sword" to hit it.

Using 整体缩小仪 is a nice way to hit the egg without killing it.
