Fly to The Witchwood FP. Prepfoot looks closer, but I don't think you can get to her from there. The map appears to show a clear way through, but she's a lot higher in elevation, and I couldn't find a path. Once you land at Witchwood, follow the road NE, taking the right fork you see on the map, then through the tauren village until you pass the bridges on your map. She's just SE of Torok's Bluff on the map.

For the achievement 至高岭冒险家 you also need , 莎拉·魔息.
Coordinates: 51.0, 25.8 - 至高岭, The Witchwood, Bloodhunt Highlands
Flight point: The Witchwood - 拉法特·烟蹄
Item: 邪息吟血者长袍

if you start in the Witchwood, follow the road to the north until you will reach the "Bloodhunt Highlands". To the left you will see a small lake, follow the path close to the lake to the canyon. In the canyon you will see a small path down to a hut, there is 莎拉·魔息.
Be careful, 威严的大角鹿 is running through the canyon from time to time.
