General info:
Rare level is scaled to your level, so it can be level 100-110. (Works everywhere except Suramar)
If your friend is 110 and you are 100 both of you can see different HP and different level, and still fight in the same phase.
He gets more HP and attacks buff, when he is objective of the world quest.
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1 min max)
On first kill drops 职业大厅资源 and sometimes 勇士的荣耀
勇士的荣耀 can be buffed with 神器调查笔记

Coordinates: around 43.8, 53.4 - 瓦尔莎拉, Black Rook Hold, Ravencourt,
Flight point: Bradensbrook - 道格拉斯·卡林顿

Pet: 复活的刃豹幼崽 --> 复活的刃豹幼崽

if you start from "Bradensbrook", take the road to the West to a house, then goes right over a small river and you will reach "Heroes' Rest". Take the stairs in the middle to go to the "Black Rook Hold" and take the stairs on the other side to go down to "Ravencourt". Goes to the cage, 黑暗之影 is sneaking inside the cage around there in the midst of a few sleeping 复活的刃豹.
