These quests are dailies and therefore are only there on the day you get the quest. Make sure you get the quest done and turn it in well before the daily reset time as it will disappear from your quest log if you have it unfinished (or even finished and not turned in) as of the reset time.

Before you get to far into this quest line, acquire 1 生裂蹄牛肉 and put it in your bags for the last step in the quest line.

读风者阿格拉姆 is in 霜火岭 at location (70, 26).

1. Simply right click on him and then click on his menu that reads "Search the orc for clues." Then a (Click to complete quest) will pop up on your upper right screen 寻宝合同：雷神贤者. During clicking on 读风者阿格拉姆 you get 阿格拉姆的日记.

2. Next after completing that quest is, 戈隆灾星：破碎的长矛. Quest item locations are in 霜火岭 as follows: Gronnsbane's Haft at (70, 23), Gronnsbane's Weight at (72, 26) and Gronnsbane's Blade at (71, 33) down in Refuse Pit. After collecting all 3 items a (Click to complete quest) will pop up again. After completing that quest, you get Gronnsbane.

3. Next quest is, 戈隆灾星：火之祝福. This takes you to Stonefury Cliffs. The location of 熔火萨满之石 for this quest is at (42, 12) up on the edge of the upper cliff. Right click on it and you'll get another (Click to complete quest).

4. Click to complete and you'll get 戈隆灾星：霜之祝福. The quest item 霜冻萨满之石 location is at (49, 21) way up on the top of the building. Click it and you'll get another (Click to complete quest).

5. Next quest is, 戈隆灾星：兽之祝福. To complete this quest go to location (45, 27) and offer 1 生裂蹄牛肉 by right clicking on the altar. All you need is 1 生裂蹄牛肉 in your bags. It will then read "Place offering of raw clefthoof meat." Click it and 高塔尔 will come down. Kill him and then click on him after he's dead to create Empowered Gronnsbane. Then return to your garrison and complete the quest with 洛坎 (Horde) or 伯德里克·格雷 (Alliance).

. Questline for this is now done.

Remember that if you're flying, Argoram doesn't have a huge yellow glow around him. He's next to the bones at the centre pillar.

I got pretty lucky as my hunter just sent the raw meat to my main and i forgot to deposit it in the bank.
