Changes your garrison guards to Pandaren! Cosmetic change only.
Can be found in the garrison town hall at garrison level 3. Also requires exalted reputation with Tushui Pandaren and Barracks level 3.
To change back to human Stormwind guards just talk to Captain Trask in your level 3 barracks.

Should be nicknamed "The Silent." He's the only recruiting officer with no sound when you click him in the town hall.

盾卫队长陈胜 is the Pandaren representative present in the player's Garrison Town Hall.

To have him appear you must reach exalted with 土水派熊猫人 and build a 兵营等级3.
Talking to him will give you the option to change the Garrison guards into Pandaren.

His text:

We are at your service, commander.

Speaking to 崔斯克上尉 will give you the option to change the guards back into Humans.
