She seems to have two abilities that I've seen:

致死顺劈: Basically a hard hitting 致死打击 and 顺劈斩 combined. Very melee unfriendly. Avoidable by staying behind her---sort of. The only spot I've been able to avoid getting hit is directly behind her. Unfortunately she moves around a lot, so it's very difficult to avoid as melee.
扭刃: A skill similar to the Arms warrior Ravager talent, and even looks similar as well. Easily avoidable. She doesn't seem to cast it on the melee very often. Primarily a ranged dps/healer killer, two ticks kills most players, three ticks will kill a fully PvP geared toon, which is saying a lot because PvP gear is upscaled to 675 in Ashran. Note that it has a cast time.

Basically, if you're melee, just stand directly behind her and dps. If you're ranged, simply avoid the Ravager. Not too complicated but it is funny watch the newbs die to cleave.

If you're in the base you'll get 62.5 honor for a kill.

She'll also drop 闪亮的灰槌保险箱 once a day, in addition to 350 conquest points once per day. A good way to cap out conquest for the week if your faction dominates Ashran, instead of slogging through 2v2 with a random.

You probably came here as your NPCScan or SilverDragon keeps popping up that a rare is detected in Ashran.

The current available screenshots do not reflect her current weapon and shield. I'm hoping that weapon and shield will be available for transmog at some point.

As of legion she seems to not sell anything anymore. Came to her looking to buy 狂野角斗士的战袍 but don't make the mistake I made, it appears to no longer be available as far as I can tell.
