These are similar to Vanity pets, they are from the stones created by the Mage Glyph Conjure Familiar . It has a chance to create one of three stones; arcane, fire, and water. They remain with your character as long are logged in and you do not summon another companion pet

The toy 魔宠石 creates one of the following stones: 奥术魔宠石, 火焰魔宠石, or 冰寒魔宠石. These will in turn summon 奥术魔宠, 烈焰魔宠, and 冰寒魔宠, respectively.

The following macro can be used to create and then use a familiar stone, suppressing any errors from the toy being used too soon:
