For those having trouble finding her, she's located on the upper balcony closer to the entrance to "The Star's Bazaar."

She's located outside the whole indoors temple with inns, bank, etc., just across the large tree with orange leaves.

The pin on the map above is wrong. She's outside on the big balcony in front of the temple at coords 86,60 (on the right side right if your back is to the temple). She doesn't actually train you, she just tells you to go see Audrey Burnhep, the trainer in Stormwind.

The position shown on the map here (86.6, 60.0) refers to the coordinates on the map for the Vale of Eternal Blossoms instead of the one for the Shrine.

萨拉·芬克斯维奇 is located on the balcony of the 七星殿 straight across from 萨琳娜·踏春 (the flight path NPC) on the opposite side between two targets. Her correct cords within the Shrine area are 307.8, 514.9 I will post a screen shot!

Sara Finkleswitch also starts the quest 寓言之兽 in 5.2.

She is now on the balcony outside across from the flight path. You can ask a guard where the pet battle trainer is to find her.

She also gives a weekly quest to win 10 pvp battles with lvl25 pets, but weirdly the quest is not on Wowhead.. How can this be! :O

i finally found her but only wants to give me the pvp quest which i HATE with passion to pvp i think blizzard is turning this game into a pvp game in which they will lose alot of paying customers apparently alot of ppl dont like pvp we TOLD them that and did they listen?nope so there cramming the pvp down our throats

Sara is indeed outside on the balcony across from the flight path. You cannot get the quests she hands out: Pandaren Spirit Tamer or Beasts of Fable until you have completed the Grand Master Aki quest.
