All of these items (except the 小稻草人, 灵猫魔宠 and 魔法扫帚) can also be looted by chance from the 一把糖果 rewarded for 'Trick or Treating' any of the 糖罐s throughout Azeroth.

Still in Ruins of Lordaeron. To get there, take the portal to Undercity, located at one of the zeppelin towers in Orgrimmar, then talk to Zidormi who should be near the place where you zone in so you can see the undestroyed version of the area.

For Hallow's End 2018, this vendor now sells 无头骑士的炉石 for 150 奶糖. It does the exact same thing as your 炉石, and share the same cooldown. When using it, it will create a circle of flame around you, replace your head with a 万圣节头盔, have a fire effect in your hands instead of the blue effect from using a regular hearthstone, and you will end your cast by laughing like the 无头骑士.

in which timeline are you ? check on your map for Tirisfal Glades

*** if it shows Undercity, you are in the past ; from Orgrimmar portal room, take the one to Silvermoon ; there, go to the upper level /way 49.5 14.5) and use the orb of translocation, it will take you to the Ruins of Lordaeron ; the Hallow's End vendors and quest givers are right there visible on the mini-map to the east

*** if it shows Lordaeron Keep and a massive band of brown land going north, you are in the present so you need to do the questline "Call to Lordaeron" in order to be safe from poisonous gas, then talk to Zidormi (/way 69, 62) to see how it was before BFA, then go to the ruins of Lordaeron to access the vendors and dailies

Since Battle for Azeroth, teleporting from Dalaran takes you to Tirisfal Glades near Zidormi. Talk to her to see how it was before BFA, then go to the ruins of Lordaeron to access the vendors and dailies.

If you can't see the vendors, and you've already talked to Zidormi to see the past, talk to her to set to present, then again to set to past again. That worked for me anyway.

If you are looking for the Halloween Vendor, you'll need to speak to Zidormi at Co-oordinates 69, 62 in Tirisfal Glades.

If Zidormi does not show up for you, you need to complete Call to Lordaeron questline then she should show up.

Horrible design, candies are character-bound and you're forced to do the Lordaeron questline again if, like me, you were collecting the candies on a toon that hadn't completed it. Also doesn't help that I used the portal and can't speak to Calia and my hearthstone is in cooldown

For 2024, you have to be in the past version of Undercity to see Chub. He's located in the courtyard at /way 62, 66.50
