The model appears to be a spectral version of Mr. Bigglesworth. I guess we can finally have alternative ghostly cat for those who can't seem to get their hands on a 幽灵虎幼崽! ~~Makes me wonder how this guy is obtained.~~ I'm glad it's a holiday pet that you have to build up tokens for. It gives you something to look forward to during the holidays like in older days, especially during Brewfest! I'm so glad they are finally updating these holidays!

If you collect all of the bucket candy from pandaria & outland/Kalidimor/eastern kingdoms AND northrend you should have enough to obtain both of these felines this hallows end.

I got Cursed Birman and Widget the Departed on the first day of Hallow's End by doing candy buckets on two characters.
Leveled them and my Feline Familiar up and created the Hallo(ween) Kitties Team.

Those are some pretty random abilities.

You don't want to use Prowl and Pounce at the same time. And Spirit Claws benefits from Moonlight, which this pet can't create on its own (though it's not a big deal since it only brings it from 80% hit to 100% hit).

If Blizzard do so, the achievement will be done much more easily.

This little guy did not get a model update like all the rest of the cats. I can only hope that they're going to change him into one of the more pudgy or fuzzy models come BfA, seeing as that's what Birman kitties really look like. This one looks more like a skinny Siamese.
