This trainer grants you Flight Master's License at a cost of 250 gold, which allows you to ride flying mounts in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor.

This NPC is in-game but will remain invisible until the Cataclysm intro event begins. To train Flight Master's License, you must have the Cataclysm expansion pack, which is due to be released on December 7, 2010

Advice for targeting NPCs people are blocking:

1: Go to your key bindings, Go down to the Targeting functions section, Look for Interact With Target and bind a key to that.

2: Use /target <npc name>

Where NPC name is the name of the NPC you want to target. In this case /target maztha

3: Press your bind key for Interact with target

WoW Wiki says, "She teaches flying mount skills to players who are exalted with Orgrimmar or are orcs."

Does this mean she won't train a Blood Elf with Friendly reputation?

Scroll down to Targeting Functions
Interact With Target (Bind a key to this)

Furthermore, if (like in Goon Squad's Mal'Ganis server) someone has named their damned pet Maztha, find someone who is targeting her, /assist, and proceed with the "interact" instructions listed above.

Remember that you need Cataclysm activated on your account for the Flight Master's License to be train-able :)

Maztha who teaches Cold Weather flying is located on the flight master/zeppelin level of Orgrimmar right opposite Doras, the Wind Rider Master, she is not in Cleft of Shadow or on The Drag.

Mazatha Is not blocked on my server, by mammoth or anyother thing, at least not now. She will train anyone who is horde, her prices however are subject to a rep discount.

At friendly it is

Journeyman available at level 40: 50g – this gives you the ability to ride epic lands mounts.

Expert available at level 60: 250g – this teaches you to ride flying mounts.

Flight masters license level 60: 250g - Allows you to fly in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor & Deepholm.

Cold Weather Flying available at level 68: 500g - Allows you to fly in Northrend.

Artisan available at level 70: 5000g - Teaches you to fly epic flying mounts.

Master available at 80: 5000g - Extremely fast speed.

Journeyman: 40g.

Expert: 200g.

Flight masters license: 200g.

Cold Weather Flying: 400g.

Artisan: 4000g.

Master: 4000g.

It's a LOT cheaper with rep, try running dungeons with an Org tabard :D

Prices from 玛奇萨 BEFORE Orgrimmar reputation discount :
初级骑术 4 Gold
中级骑术 50 Gold
高级骑术 250 Gold
专家级骑术 5,000 Gold
大师级骑术 5,000 Gold

To learn each riding level, you need to have learnt the prior level in addition to being the required XP level.
Orgrimmar Friendly = 5% discount on the above prices.
飞行大师执照 and 寒冷天气飞行 are no longer required (removed 7.3.5). They are part of 高级骑术.

Maztha has become "unclickable" as in impossible to interact with now as per July 22nd, 2023
