if ya notice, this guy sells s2 and another vendor in there sells s2 as well, this will most likley be changed when s4 comes out and one will start to sell s3 gear, blizz most likley didnt want to sell s3 for raid tokens because there would be massive QQ from the people who got there arena rating up to buy the stuff.

Apparently this guy has a Gear Score of 3407. First time I've ever seen a GS on an NPC.

If you have a hard time finding him. He is on the 2nd floor of the building. You have to go outside and go around up the spiral ramp, continue in the building and come back out and follow the path to another room.

This guy is wearing the rest of the Justicar Armor (Recolor) Paladin t4 recolour- which I would love to match with 卫戍头盔 if I had the chance. Unfortunately, neither the set nor the helm is available in-game.

Located on the top floor in the Sun's Reach Armory. Ramp starts to the right of the main entrance at 49.25, 39.53.For the users of the TomTom add-on: /way Isle of Quel'Danas 49.25, 39.53 Ramp up to the PvP gear vendors

Once you enter the dome, you'll find the following PvP gear vendors, starting from the left and going clockwise from there. The classes are the ones listed by wowhead which can use the currency:
