A short scene involving this NPC takes place every so often at the Valiant Rest inn:

步兵洛布 says: One last drink before we head to the front?
步兵乔治 says: Sure, why not?

<The three footsoldiers head into the tavern.>

Footman Rob says: Barkeep! Bring out your strongest ale. We're off to the front.
詹姆斯·迪肯 says: You lads know the drill. No alcohol to servicemen on duty. You want the general to kill me himself?
Footman Rob says: You'll surely make an exception for us, eh? We might not come back.
James Deacon says: All right, all right... but you didn't get these from me!

<The three soldiers quickly down their drinks.>

Footman Rob says: I guess that's it then. Off we go.
步兵查克 says: That was the worst beer I've ever had.

<The men exit the tavern, only for another soldier to suddenly run up to them as they are heading away.>

步兵米基 says: Hey guys! Wait up!

<The last footman catches up to them and they fade away.>

As level 10 as of patch 10.1.7 Dragonflight you can't buy anything from him cause it's all limited to level 35 and up. My poor warrior just want to buy some Tundra Berries :(
