Member of the "The Tauren chieftains" (Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftains in real life)

They were playing The power of the horde just outside of Shattrath during the Blizzcon 2007 each hour. Between two concerts, they stand on a balcony in Silvermoon city, with their manager Michael Schweitzer.
With 2.4.3 patch, they are back in Shattrath City and play the power of the horde each hour at the World End Tavern, they're announced by Shattrath Saul ten minutes before the beginning of the live. They also perform a Unique show in Blackrock Depths's Grim Guzzler.

Back in WCIII if you typed TenthLevelTaurenChieftain would play Power of the Horde. It still works in WoW if you type /script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\ZoneMusic\\DMF_L70ETC01.mp3")

It should also be noted that Samuro, the vocalist of the group, can be considered the representation of Samwise Didier, the art director for Blizzard's "big three" game franchises and actual vocalist for the live group. I found it a tongue-in-cheek reference to both the WC3 Hero and Samwise himself.

If you /cheer at any band member whilst they are performing in Shattrath you get the Pumped Up buff, which increases all stats by 10% for 5min.

You can also find these guys in Blackrock Depths (Level 50-60 instance) in the Bar Room. If its Brewfest, good time to see him. Seeing that during this time there's a shortcut there right at the entrance of the instance.

Edit: They play there at 8 every night.

Sort of shows you what classes go with which race.

Hunter = Tauren.

Paladin = Blood Elf.

Warrior = Orc.

Shaman = Troll.

Mage = Undead.

Although Shattrath Saul will announce that the Tauren Chieftains will play every hour, this isn't exactly right - they start at about three past the hour, since they'll only appear once Shattrath Saul returns to the tavern.
If you're wondering why they haven't shown up, just wait a few minutes. :)

Probably his days of fighting as a Blademaster cost him his ears =P

Also, does anyone else notice that Samuro sounds like Samurai?
Kinda fitting for a Blademaster since they're more or less the Samurais of WoW.

It seems that if you've obtained a Direbrew's Remote from Brewfest you can take it down to The Grim Guzzler and request that they play whenever you want from Ognip Blastbolt. Once you complain that "you drove your mole machine all the way down here" he'll say that the equipment needed to be tested anyway and will bring them out to rehearse.

(Haven't gone through the trial and error to prove that this works otherwise, I'd guess not just from the dialogue though.)

Question: Why don't I ever hear any music of the band ? Neither in Shattrath nor in the Blackrock Depths is anything to listen to. Sure there special effects all over the place and they have a lot of animations but why is there no music ? Best thing missing :\

Samuro is voiced by Samwise, who created the Pandaren and is nicknamed "Panda". Now that they're finally in the game, I wonder if Samuro will be getting a race change?
