Auralia is the Renown Quartermaster. She is either in the red tent or at the fountain, depending on your phasing. Easiest is to look for the circular Renown icon on your minimap.

Beware, I bought the 被缚暗影 but not having enough to buy the 朱红帝国山猫, after learning the 被缚暗影, the NPC no longer sells me the 朱红帝国山猫.
