Located on an alcove high above Thaddius' room, requires a 临时抓钩 to access. You must douse him with 斯坦索姆圣水 in order to interact with him.

Before he will offer you his wares, he has a quest for you requiring:
x20 侵略者的天灾石 (drops from bosses in Stratholme and Scholomance)
x5 堕落者的天灾石 (drops from bosses in Naxxramas)
x3 黑暗符文 (drops from mobs in Scholomance and Corrin's Crossing)
x1 黑咖啡 (sold by vendors in Shattrath/Stormwind/Dazar'alor)

Note that every time you leave the instance, you will have to wake him up with additional holy water! Once you finish his quest, he'll move to the front entrance of Naxxramas and no longer require assistance waking up.

I received Prospectors Pad leather shoulder item as a Paladin. The appearance was one I needed.

I created the grappling hook clicked it in my inventory but i dont see any hooks in the room what do i do now?

Did the grappling on a gnome, and had a lot of trouble getting LoS on one of the grapples, the one that's on the very edge/corner. Just walked backwards until my character turned green (from the slime below) and that worked for getting LoS.

Apparently you have to actually kill Thaddius on 10M.
I ran the entire instance on 25M just farming xmog, left and switched back to 10M, ran all the way back to Thaddius and no grapple points at all.
I guess I'll find out more after the weekly reset.
EDIT: Confirmed, I entered after reset and killed Thaddius on 10M, and the grapple points were then visible.

The level of movement precision you need to "see" the grapple points or to move between the points so you don't FALL to your DEATH and have to run back is STUPID! It's as if Blizzard hates us more casual players who aren't "twitch" gamers with the highest-end gaming rigs and professional gaming mice and keyboards. To be THIS close to unlocking these patterns for my professions Alts and being foiled by this kind of micron-level movement control is absolutely unnecessary.

Edited: Ok, figured it out. Had to go back because I thought I had enough Invaders Scourgestones only to be 3 short. LOL Frustration level reverted. :)

I ran 9 toons in Naxx this afternoon -got approximately 125 .
I just burned half and got jack !@#$. Nothing that gets me even one step closer to actualy completing the set or even ONE item in my desired T3 set for that matter.

Then smelling a rat, I sought out a vid on YT to see what i could expect.
I found one first search that mirrored my experience.

I believe Blizz has kept the RNG chance really %^&* because all those whales that pissed away millions of gold on their set on the BMAH will cry cuz now there is a more proactive way to do this (in theory) and it doesnt need more money/gold that yer monthly subscription.

A way that doesnt require you to spend gold or buy WOW Tokens and spend gold (thus compromising the sales of WOW tokens).
I (/Nobody outside Blizz) has seen the stats and maybe there is a corrolation between ppl with BMAH T3 sets and Buying WOW Tokens.

Eitherway I think i have more to do in my life that piss away this sort of time to beat an RNG algorithm that is statistically scripted to not give you jack ^&*!

I smell the hand of the same thinking behind Diabolo Mobile! Keep droppnig coins in the slot to get the %^&* you want.
This mechanism is a way to encourage ppl to spend cash on Wow Tokens to then go buy all the (and maybe Righeous Orbs) because the actual method of farming will steal your time, life and soul. With no guarantee of actual success at the end of it.

#$%^. Even if you did go to the BMAH for yer T3 Set at least you know what winning yer auction gives you the item.
I ran 9 toons today. Think about those ppl with only 1 or 2/3 toons...
The sence I have after seeing the drops and doing a little mental arithmatic is that you can commit to this activity for the next 5 years and never end up with what you want.

I have no coordinates but if you stand on the platform to the left next to the text Halls of Reanimation - look up and you'll see a grapple point on the ledge - Here is a video.

If you already have the items ready for the quest, the first time you go to him you will only need 1x 斯坦索姆圣水. And you won't need to do the graple twice.

1. Be ready with:

20x 侵略者的天灾石
5x 堕落者的天灾石
3x 黑暗符文
1x 黑咖啡
1x 斯坦索姆圣水

2. Follow the video for graple points.

3. Wake him up with water, get and complete the quest.

4. If you go out and back into Naxxramas, he will be in the central ring
