From anyone wanting to obtain the proc rings (easy 389 ilevel rings), here's some info on that:

You need to be level 70 farm the required reputation with 钴蓝集所
Complete the short initial quest chain starting with 欢迎来到集所, started from 萨文 at
The 钴蓝集所 faction is slightly different from a standard faction, as you earn rep not by killing mobs but by looting them. They drop items that increase your reputation bar, and the only indication that this is happening is a chat string stating "The Cobalt Assembly's arcane power increases"

Note that the items themselves do not go in your bags and do not need to be used; they will automatically apply to your reputation

The standard reputation levels (Friendly, Honored, Revered, etc.) are replaced by Cobalt Assembly Power Levels - Empty (1/5), Low (2/5), Medium (3/5), High (4/5) and Maximum (5/5)
To get the rings, you need to reach High Power (level 4/5), which takes less than an hour of farming mobs in a group
The mobs you have to kill are centred around at the Cobalt Assembly in the Azure Span
The mobs are Elite and have quite a bit of health; a group is advised, and there are many in the Group Finder
The Quartermaster that sells the rings is 斯泰兹 located at

As of the writing of this post, the rings themselves are NOT visible on the vendor until you reach the requisite High Power (level 4/5)

The rings in question are as follows:

You can only equip 1 "Cobalt Ring of Power" at a time

Some TomTom commands to help you find things:

/way 48, 18 Cobalt Assembly mobs
/way 49.4, 22.6 Steiz Cobalt Assembly Quartermaster

Hi all

Small Guide how to farm Reputation for 钴蓝集所. But to start it You need to have lvl 70.

When You raech level 70 go to see 温茜 49 23 He Will Give You quest 欢迎来到集所 You need only to speak with 萨文.

After that go to enterenc where You will farm reputation 48.8 23.8 and Find Party solo i hard to do in team much faster.

When You will kill mobs You can get drop:
- "Cobalt Assembly Moderate Arcana" - 15 reputation
- "Cobalt Assembly Major Arcana" - 30 reputation

That items are consume automatically. Farm in Party is going preaty fast. Some of mobs are preaty hard. When You fight You can pick Up buffs to help with speed of killing mobs.

Main reword from farming reputation is items selling by 斯泰兹 49.4 22.6:

- 集所防御者之戒
- 集所学者的指环
- 集所维护者的戒指
- 图样：冰冻魔线

All of them for Gold with is good.
