Or, just save yourself all the hassle with the tunnels, jumping down etc. above that nearly drove me mad (sorry guys) and just head to the Auchenai Crypts entrance. He is standing there on a pile of bones.

Stick around after turning in Levixus the Soul-Caller. Not much of an event, but he speaks a little and does an interesting emote with the book you just turned in.

I just really like that quest chain all around; it's one of the neatest lore-wise.

There are two large purple-pinkish lamps outside the tunnel he's in. There are also two tunnels on either side of that one that lead up to the higher level of the "ring". I had been jumping down and running back up the side tunnels looking for this guy, until I finally realized I had just not seen the right tunnel. T.T

Please note that what Tomed say is exactly right but that you can enter the arena at other openings to and the fastest way would in my opinion be to jump down step by step and if you can do heal yourself after each step or something.

疯狂的拉姆杜尔 stands on a bone pile outside of the 奥金尼地穴. There are three spirits around him that can't be targeted and don't have names when they are scrolled over. Half of the time he seems to be talking to himself and the other half of the time he seems to be talking to the spirits.
