收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯 rare mob can be found in 晋升堡垒.

Required for: 晋升堡垒冒险家
Rare drop:

To summon 收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯 rare you need to travel to 66.07 43.94 spot - its a building with few scrolls inside.
You need to find and read all six Mercia's Legacy Scrolls in the proper order (1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 > 6).
So face your char to the south exit (you should see the floating temple in very far range outside - The Purity of Pinnacle).

Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 1 is left of exit - on the table with two vases between bookshelves
Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 2 is right of exit - on a bench under bookshelf
Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 3 is behind the second bench to the right (under the second bookshelf as well)
Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 4 is on the next bookshelf - bottom left cell.
Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 5 is on the floor next to the fourth bench (to the left of north exit).
Mercia's Legacy: Chapter 6 face north exit - its on the first table to the right.

You'll receive /w message and 梅希娅的回响 flies down. Speak with it and agree to find the last scroll.
梅希娅的回响 will buff you with 谦卑凝视 which lets you see the hidden tome across the area.
Dont leave the area - buff will be removed. In that case return to the npc to get it again.
For me the 7th scroll was on the ground at 65.07 41.38 but it might change its location. Anyway it is easy to spot.
Bring 梅希娅的传承：第七章 back to 梅希娅的回响 and 收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯 will show himself. Finish him.

Note: you need collect/interact with all 7 Mercia's Legacy Chapters to summon this rare (ascending order).

/way 66,2, 44,1 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter One
/way 65,9, 44,2 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Two
/way 65,8, 44,0 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Three
/way 65,7, 43,5 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Four
/way 65,9, 43,2 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Five
/way 66,2, 43,3 Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Six

After interact with all 6 chapters 梅希娅的回响 will spawn at the mid room. Speak with her to get the buff 谦卑凝视, if you lose this buff for some reason speak with 梅希娅的回响 again.
You need this buff to find 梅希娅的传承：第七章.
梅希娅的传承：第七章 have chance to spawn around all Temple of Humility.
For now we find 梅希娅的传承：第七章 in two locations:

/way 65,4, 44,5
/way 65,07, 41,38

After get 梅希娅的传承：第七章 back to 梅希娅的回响 and offer the tome to spawn 收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯.

收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯 is located in the 晋升堡垒 Terrace of Inner Grace zone.

Collect 6 Mercia's Legacy Chapters in the room in order from 1 to 6
After you enter the room from main east entrance and move from left to right clockwise ( 6 is east and 12 is west)

After you collect all the scrolls speak with 梅希娅的回响 and get 2 mins buff 谦卑凝视
You can always refresh the buff if you are low on time, just dont forget that you need to have it in order to see the last scroll
Now you need to find final 梅希娅的传承：第七章 and it's random spawn in the area outside
Check for purple glow on any table in the area
Saw the scroll in 3 locations:

Bring the scroll back and it spawns 收集者阿斯托雷斯忒斯

Rare is a part of 晋升堡垒冒险家 achievement.

Bottom shelf on the wall next to the elite golem Darksworn Bulwark.

Found mine on the end of the table at 65.38 42.91. Had a purple glow around it.

I didn't really realize this when I did it the first time. Need to read the 6 tomes, then talk to her to get the 5min buff. If you don't have the buff you can't see or loot the purple scroll.

I would just like to add to already great comments, There is a Would Quest in this area. I confirm you can find all 7 scrolls and spawn the Rare while this Would Quest is up. :)

Has anyone done Collector Astorestes in the past couple days? I've been doing it successfully for weeks; and now, two days in a row, I'm unable to find Chapter 7. Yesterday I spent 20 mins searching for Ch. 7 with the buff and couldn't find it. Today, I spent 10 mins. I'm beginning to suspect a glitch in the Matrix.

4/2: Ch. 7 still not spawning.

Is it normal that I only got anima drop from this rare for like...10 times? The loot table makes me wonder if I'm missing some prerequisite to get the transmogs

If you kill him before you got to the selection of covenant stage, you will not get a lootable corpse if all he would have dropped were anime.

Some tips
1) sometimes the scroll doesnt spawn. delete buff, relog and retake the ''buff'' from echo of mercia
2) if that doesnt work it didnt spawn at all. so try again in 30 min
3) loot specs dont matter but...i got the shield as protection
4) you can multitag but your alt must be online when the kill happens its not like ZM/ wq. the loot it tied to the rare, if you are offline when kill happens no loot. so max 2 chars i guess. i got shield in mailbox on my prot paladin

PS: can also sell the item required on AH or mail to alts.
