Location: /way 56,4, 46,2 (cave entrance)
Note: you need grab the item 被遗弃的灵豹之核 (little blue disk) around Forgefire Outpost and interact with 失控的爪卫 to star the fight.
I found 被遗弃的灵豹之核 at /way 54,5, 41,0 and /way 55,0, 40,2

To activate the rare you need to find 被遗弃的灵豹之核
It's in the same room behind the rare

Rare is a part of 晋升堡垒冒险家 achievement.
PS some people report that it can also be in the area to the north near the furnaces or inside the cave to the north

被腐化的爪卫 rare mob can be found in Bastion.

Location: 56.47 46.18
Required for: 晋升堡垒冒险家
Rare drop: 运转中的心能之核

There is s small shelter at the point 56.47 46.18, there is Malfunctioning Clawguard inside.
Its neutral and when you interact to it there's a message appears: Missing Reagent: 被遗弃的灵豹之核.
So, you need to find it. The core is in the same room where the rare mob is.
It has several spots to respawn, usually either next to broken crates or behind the big floating symbol.

After waiting on 2 spawns, it appears to be a 30m spawn time. At this point in time it seems this one is not able to be tamed (can't tame from full health). I had a pally jump in while trying to weaken him and take agro off me. So I can not confirm if you need to reduce the health to a certain percent.

Found in a chamber beneath the Greatwing Roost in Bastion, the Malfunctioning Clawguard serves as the starting point for the Corrupted Clawguard special encounter. It begins as a neutral mechanical and roams around the chamber occasionally succumbing to what appears to be some sort of power overload and then continues its patrol.

To repair the Malfunctioning Clawguard and start the event, you'll need a Discarded Phalanx Core found conveniently in the same chamber. I've submitted screenshot(s) to help with identification and/or location.

Interact with the Malfunctioning Clawguard to repair it. When repaired, it transforms into the silver elite Corrupted Clawguard and can be killed.

One of the special encounters needed to complete the Adventurer of Bastion achievement.
