猎人维瓦娜 walks around the spot and there're lots of common gorms around.
The fight isnt hard unless you overpulled all those gorms from around.

猎人维瓦娜 is located in the 炽蓝仙野 Soryn's Meadow zone.

Nothing special, just a regular standing in wide open rare.

Drops 织命手环 and starts 陨落的朋友 quest
Also has a chance to drop 德鲁斯特统御面具
Rare is a part of 炽蓝仙野冒险家 achievement.

This rare and also some other rares in the Tirna Noch part of the map can bug and have phasing issues,
So if you don't see this rare for some reason, try to check if you can see it from north side?
If you have phasing issues there, you have probably completed some quests in the Night Fae Covenant.

I got 德鲁斯特统御面具 off of her today, after killing her three times on live.

Anyone know the respawn timer on her? Checked on her multiple times and even sat and waited for 2 hours, no joy.

UPDATE: Long time after the fact, but I posted this updated comment to the mask's item page and forgot to update this one.

Confirmed 1 hour spawn time.

Also confirmed, IS NOT 100% DROP.

I have personally killed her 4 times today, in two of these times, a single person has ran by and saw me killing it and stopped to help.

Both occasions, the other person has received the mask. I have received gold and a trash item, and 1 ...

Depending on where you are in your questing....

BIG key for me since I couldn't find out where the mob would spawn was if there were dead fairies and fawna. I had done all the campaign quests but barely any side quests.

I went to the northern location this mob was not there NOR were there dead things on the ground. (in the video below you will see the northern location with fawna and fairies on the ground)

Went to the more southern location and sure enough it spawned on my way back to that spot. Also there were fairies and fawna dead on the ground. Morbid difference to notice but hopefully it helps.

A little bit of a tough kill for my newbish self but with 1 other person it was fine. Got the mask on my first kill thank goodness.

If you can't see her or any mobs in the area, check for nearby dailies. I couldn't see her or any mobs in the area until completing lady moonberry's daily to bomb the deer-folk.

This is what 芙露恩吉尔 says when you turn in the follow up quest to killing her, 陨落的朋友. This one hit me in the gut. Shadowlands has so many examples of excellent depth in character relationships, makes the world feel that much more real.

For anyone trying to get the Cosmetic item off of her, just wanted to post that she can drop more than one - just killed in a group with 3 players total - 2 of us got the Cosmetic.

Weird situation, I went to the /way 67.18 51.42 location and saw her from a distances, but when I got close a world quest (the sprinkle faerie dust one) phased her out. After completing, she was gone :-(

Note if the world quest 火星如雨 is up, you'll be in a separate phase from the rare. Completing the world quest will allow you to once again see the rare.

Got 50+ Kills in first week with 10 different Chars but not even ONE 德鲁斯特统御面具 >> 86% Drop change my a**
It seems the Droprate is at about < 1% or completely Broken... means no drop at all!

Update, Week 3:
Roughly about 200 Kills total with 5 different Chars...
Still no drop...
Drop Rate FAR below 1%

Maybe it is time to check your Data Sources @wowhead!
Because they are definitely completely wrong and/or manipulated!

Literally never seen a weapon drop off her, do they even exist? Must I be with the Night Fae to have a chance to see them drop? Been at her for years while doing Anima WQs daily...

If you're here in 2024, trying to hunt for transmogs, let me tell you ... the phasing issue still exists. I came upon her spawn area and there she was, but as I got closer she phased out.

To fix this, simply go to the nearby world quest It's Raining Sparkles. It's very quick, you just have to fly and drop sparkle bombs on NPCs that get one-shot in groups of 3-5 and kill 100 of them. This will phase you correctly to be able to see Hunter Vivanna.

There are mentions of Southern and Northern spawn points. As far as I can tell, this has now been reduced to just the Southern spawn point, which is the one indicated on the map on this page or the one located on your in-game rare spawn addon if you have one, and the Northern one no longer spawns anything (I referenced old YT vids to find that spot, and there's never anything there).

There are many comments here and other places that say there is a 55-60 minute timer for her spawn. I've been logging in and out about every 30 minutes and keep finding her and killing her. This could be due being placed in different server shards and not because of a reduced spawn timer, but it's impossible for me to say at this time. Basically I log in, kill her, switch servers and do an instance on another character, log back in to check on Hunter Viv and there she is again. YMMV.

Lastly, if all you want is a scythe transmog for personal use, there's an NPC very close by named Soultwister Cero that drops the same model of scythe but in a brighter grey-white color.
