If you unlock Mechagon on the same day Chromie is present, it seems to be possible/the case that she won't be visible at all to you. Happened to a friend of mine, and another claims it happened to him the last time around, so I ran a 120 I hadn't opened the new content on through the intro quests and she isn't present for me either on this character but *is* for the other characters I've unlocked it on prior to today, even the one that did so just yesterday.

For Achivements Lovers and Toy Collectors,

Her quest is required for Secret Fish and Where to Find Them Achievement. You need to collect the Displaced Scrapfin While you are in the quest area (Traveled in her time). Note that this fish can only be collected there. So, if you already finished part one of the Achievement Secret Fish of Mechagon and her daily is available remember to collect the fish required, you can always go back to the time even if you have completed her quest, same day (Tested that my self). You need your Secret Fish Goggles to collect it though. This achievement with both parts requires lots of patience !

The reward of it is Hyper-Compressed Ocean Toy :)

The 颜料罐：地精之绿 for the 斯克维里加全地形载具 drops from 机械化的宝箱s in 平行空间.
If Chromie is not in town today you can use a 个人时光置换器, but of course to create that you need to have been to the Other Place before.

After almost a month waiting for 克罗米 to visit Mechagon, today I experienced something really weird. After using the toy 实验型心能单元 and selected the ability "portal to somewhere", I was teleported to the "alternate future" version of Mechagon. From there I was able to start farming the 机械化的废钢猎犬 and after the 5th kill I got the 图纸：个人时光置换器 recipe. Therefore, I can confirm that now there is another way to get to Mechagon than waiting for 克罗米 to send you to the "alternate future" version via the 平行空间 quest.

PS: I am not sure how useful this information can be, because the toy has an hour cooldown and it is not a guarantee that you would be teleported to Mechagon, but it might be worth the shot as it seems that 克罗米 is not visiting Mechagon too often (at least from my personal experience).

Its there a way to know when was the last time Chromie was there? It's bugged or something?

Also, i've been trying to use the toy 实验型心能单元, to see if i were lucky like the comment here, but no luck, (most of the times i end up on draenor)

I can confirm the Anima toy works even if you never visited the alternate timeline on your whole account.

I came here just like a lot of other people doing the Secret Fishing quest. As someone who had not unlocked Mechagon this was pretty frustrating. I literally did every single quest I could find including all of the blue dailies already available and even did the Mechagnome unlock for advanced race. I had to do several more quests after unlocking the flight path still and ultimately Chromie appeared after I cleared the whole island. I flew to turn in the last quest, came back to the spot and she was there.
