Upon talking to this NPC, you're given the option to have it teleport you to the low level dungeon Deadmines, Gnomeregan, or Wailing Caverns, or to just stay put.

One must first complete the Pet Battle Dungeon at a location in order to have that teleport option be available to you.

I can speculate that more locations will be added to the location list if this NPC's teleport ability remains in-game in the future, and more Pet Battle Dungeons are released.

Manapoof is an NPC who will teleport you places once you finish certain pet-battle dungeons.

In BFA (as of Aug 2020) you can access Manapoof in 2 locations:

玛纳波夫 - in the pet store in Dalaran, near Krasus Landing
玛纳波夫 - in Boralus (Alliance city)
玛纳波夫 - in Dazar'Alor (Horde city)
(OK, technically that's three locations, but without fighting into the other faction's city you'll only have convenient access to two.)

You can unlock teleports to:

玛纳波夫链接：斯坦索姆 after you complete 斯坦索姆的恐怖
玛纳波夫链接：西部荒野 after you complete 死亡矿井反击战
