Sawtooth patrols Boralus Harbor, so you need to jump into the water.
Swim to the point, check star sign on the minimap.

My first thoughts upon seeing this beast: "Nope. Nuh-uh. No way. Nothin' doin'. If it weren't underwater, I'd kill it with fire. Since it lives underwater, I'll still kill it with fire."

Found his star out in the harbor, not too far from the first ferryman you're introduced to :)

Just a head's up if you are wondering...
Soloable, at least as a 120 Feral Druid. Finally got tired of NPCScan popping him up so I gave it a shot. G/L!

What's the respawn time?
And btw he partols a sea, usually i found him at very bottom on a map.

Takes 60 seconds to respawn at

and then swims in a circle.
