Vukoba is located in a cave in "The Slough" off the road going west out of Warbeast Kraal. First, you interact with a strange egg. Then, you are attacked by two waves of Enthralled Saurids. Lastly, Vukuba spawns and attacks you with melee hits, a "Wind Burst" knockback and a poison "Decaying Breath".

Some players are reporting not getting credit for completing this world quest. To receive credit for this quest, do the following in order:

1. Interact with the strange egg;
2. Kill two waves of Enthralled Saurids;
3. Kill Vukoba.

Edit: TomTom is currently bugged for locations located within Zuldazar. Please use the above TomTom macro ONLY when within Zuldazar and not the Zuldazar sub-maps or other zones.

乌库巴 rare is located in 祖达萨 The Slough on Zandalar isle.
For horde the easiest way would be to go down the south-east Dazar'alor road.Or to the west from Warbeast Kraal windrider.
Rare is in a small cave.
You will see 古怪的蛋 (minimap event name is also Strange Egg) in the cave and after couple of easy waves

乌库巴 rare mob can be found in 祖达萨.

World Quest: 古怪的蛋

To find rare travel outside of Dazar'Alor, east side. There's a small cave at 64.0 33.0 point.
Inside the cave is 古怪的蛋 you need to use. After using you have to slay incoming mobs until 乌库巴 comes.

This is currently bugged and I figured out some ways to possibly complete this. I tried killing him on my level 11 monk, my level 16 warlock, then my level 60 rogue. The rogue was able to count it towards the Adventures in Zuldazar achievement and also had the azerite power drop, unlike my warlock and monk. I'm not sure which one, but one of these four scenarios is the correct one: max level, outside chromie time, on his kill world quest, or have the Heart of Azeroth acquired. The world quest happened to be up on my rogue, and had world quests unlocked for Battle or Azeroth zones. He was created during patch 8.2 or 8.3 (I don't completely remember), so I had the Heart of Azeroth acquired.

Hope this helps anyone. I did write a bug report with some of these details.

For those of you, like me, checking your map daily to see if his world quest is up (since it appears it's still bugged without);
It appears on the Dazar'alor map, not the Zuldazar map.

To get the achievement you need first to complete the short quest line to get the Heart of Azeroth. Afterwards the kill counts.

Same goes for
Nazmir - Gwugnug
Nazmir - Xu'ba

The rares in Vol'dun are not affected.
