指挥官虫木 is a part of 重装机兵 quest
重装机兵 is located in Stormsong Valley Brennadam Square on Kul Tiras isle at 57.68 66.49.
For 指挥官虫木 to spawn you have to kill 坦克工程师 on the hill near the town at 56.24 58.20. They're standing close to big tank. After you kill the Commander use the 实验型战争机器 to destroy Horde forces, when you're done use Self Destruct button.

When I encountered this guy it suddenly occurred to me that he might have some connection to Sister Absinthe, since wormwood is the 'active ingredient' in real absinthe. Or maybe Blizzard is just choosing related names for a bit of flavour.

Given that this whole quest chain and involved NPC's have had numerous Calvin and Hobbes references (Sergeant Calvin, Hobbs, Mayor Roz, the quest The Days are Just Packed, Sergeant Calvin's NUMEROUS custom lines referencing the strip...) I think its safe to say that Commander Wormwood is named after Calvin's teacher from the strip, Mrs Wormwood.

for some reason i can kill the goblins ok by him but to save my life my frost mage cannot seem to get this guy down help
