This NPC is located on the top-most floor of a tower on top of a mountain. Entrance is at 43.7, 88.9. Easy to get to from the Watcher's Aerie flight point, apart from all the demons which block your path.

As a level 112 Elite, Lysanis is very strong and should generally not be fought alone. If you're a tank (or warlock) and think you can handle him, go ahead and try your luck, but be prepared.

Edit: I just tried to down him with 4 other people, including a tank, but we failed. Didn't even get him below 50% HP. Might be a good idea to bring a full group with tank and healer.

Look for the big tower at the location of the icon on the map. The boss is on the top floor.

Take the road for the 守望者地窟 but instead of turning left turn right, you'll have to open road among 7k plus demons so you deff want a group for this.

if you start from "Wardens' Redoubt", follow the path to the west on the "Isle of the Watchers". Walk past 实验邪能腐化器, where the cave is on the left, and go up the path. Stay on the way until you reach an crossroads. Do not go down to the bats to the right, go straight up the mountain. At the top of the mountain, turn to the right and go to the tower and go up to the top of the tower.
丽莎妮丝·影魂 is at the top of the tower. Take care about 利刃弹幕 and 混乱挥砍.
