Its not inside the tomb. You have to follow the coast to the west point where you can use the grapple to get to him.

Coordinates: 78.0, 9.0 - 风暴峡湾, Shield's Rest

flies to "Shield's Rest" and goes up the path and then goes down to the left. Use the grab hooks on the right to get to the mountain. Run straight up the hill to the other side and you will get directly to 符文先知希格维德.
- if you are swimming to the island, then use the way up in the north-west of the island, turn to the right and follow the road to 符文先知希格维德.

Basically go to the S in Shields Rest on your map, the far west part of the island. There's a Sea Skrog sittin on his butt surrounded by some crabs, the grappling hook is just to HIS left, use the grapple and then grapple one more time to reach the platform.(##RESPBREAK##)520##DELIM##Onyx1831##DELIM##

I get the feeling Blizzard delibratley made some Quests and Mobs hard to find , so we have to use Wowhead and get spammed by their adds.

An alternate route to this guy that begins pretty close to the flight path (it may seem more complicated at first but once you know the hooks I think it is quicker):

1. Begin at hook at 86.8, 6.6
2. Grapple west to 85.8, 6.4
3. Walk west a bit, a hook will light up on a high ledge - grapple again
4. Run west towards around the "D" in shield's rest - there will be a cave, guarded by skeletons
5. In the cave, roughly at the E in shield's rest, there will be another hook, just a little ways up. Grapple up, and you're at Sigvid.

There's some mobs you may have to run through - depending on how many others are using the route and distracting/killing them.

Everyone else has told you where he is, so I will tell you what he does. He's negates all melee combat close to him, so if your whole group is melee, you're going to have a hard time if you cannot nuke him down before this point.
