This Rare-spawn knife-wielding crab drops the Toy 蟹刀. The crab and the drop are references to this viral video of a gangster crab!

钳胫 can be found on the east beach of the harbour inside Suramar City, in the central south region of the zone 苏拉玛.

蟹刀 is a Toy. Using it will grant the targeted Hunter pet crab a knife (it can be used on other people's pets as well as your own). The buff it grants is 蟹刀, which lasts 1 hour and has the amusing flavour text "Who gave him that?"

This item works on all Hunter pets that are classified as "Crab" (click here for a list). As such, it doesn't work on 鬼脚蟹 as this pet is classified as a "Spirit Beast".

钳胫 rare is located in Suramar 66.7, 67.1

The easiest way is to fly to the Crimson Thicket, Suramar and go south-east.
You can also use 传送：暮光酒庄 from Shal'aran if you have it
Other option is to swim from Suramar City side

Drops 蟹刀 (The only from Suramar rares)

Works only on hunter pets
So it is just 1 more useless toy in you collection.

General info:
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1-2 min max)
On first kill drops 职业大厅资源 and sometimes 勇士的荣耀
勇士的荣耀 can be buffed with 神器调查笔记

He dropped Green Or'ligai Egg on my paladin. This was the 2nd time I killed it, ie I had the toy.

Can anyone confirm that the drop is replaced?

If so, this would actually be a cool system with all those rares or chests that drop toys. If we have the item, they could drop something else!

If you start at the "Crimson Thicket", goes downhill to the left. Do not go to Jandvik, but up the hill to the ruins. Continue south-southeast until you find a path down to the sea, to the "Estate of the First Arcanist". On the beach go left and you come directly to 钳胫.

In Shal'Aran, you can use the teleporter to the "Twilight Vineyards". Go right and then go south down to the sea, to the "Estate of the First Arcanist". On the beach go left and you come directly to 钳胫.

if you have already unlocked the "Portal to Evermoon Terrace" in "Shal'Aran", you can use it to Suramar City. Teleport from the tower and then go right into the water and floats to the other side to the beach. You will find 钳胫 on the beach near the "Estate of the First Arcanist".

The knife it gets is huge in comparison to the pet; it's the same size as the one the full size Pinchshank is holding, but hunter pets shrink, so it's hilarious. Very much like the 'crab with a knife' video.
