I only saw this NPC once, and completely by coincidence. I'd told the head captain to call back his guards (turns the sewers back into a sanctuary), headed down into the Circle of Wills, then returned to the Underbelly main hallway - only to witness a NPC run by me. Unfortunately, he despawned after entering the Circle of Wills, so I don't yet know what he actually sells. The shady book dealer appeared to have come from the direction of the Black Market, so keep your eyes open in that general spot.

Cravitz spawns at 51, 39 in the Dalaran Underbelly (Legion). This is the first alcove just downstream (east) of the Washed-Up Mage.

Has a long spawn timer but will stick around for a while (sadly no way of telling how long).

camped 4 hrs on my priest so far nothing spawned and i got alot of other campers with me sitting there listening to the constant Rhonin roleplay speech from the ulduar quests:(

Stuck with him while i had a group going on CoA seems to be he stays around much longer now, he was here for an hour.

edit: spoke to someone to stayed behind when i left for raiding, he stayed for a grand total of 5 hours before leaving CoA.

This NPC seems to always be at the same place. 5 yards from the Washed-out mage, in the Dalaran sewers (Old Dalaran, not the one in the Broken Isles).

He was up for exactly one hour on Mal'Ganis this evening. A couple minutes before he disappeared he said, 'Is that a guard?' so I suppose that's the warning that time is running out!

Why does blizzard think we enjoy waiting? If it was a new thing... fine. The issue i have with this is that we already had it, they take it from us and now makes us wait for it 5 hours. @priesttome

I waited 7.5 hours for him to spawn. When he did he was up for a good long while. I didn't wait around to see how long he remained... but it was longer than 30 minutes. Hope this helps!

I found him at 10a.m. on a Thursday, he stayed up for 30 minutes, and then he spoke: "Sorry... I can't get caught again... sorry... come and find me another time ...", and ran away.

卡维兹·洛典 is at 50.9, 38.5 in 达拉然下水道. It's a rare spawn vendor, so you should notify people in chat that he spawns.

Be careful 达拉然下水道 is a PvP zone. When you enter Underbelly you get 下水道守卫 or 守卫解散 debuff.

下水道守卫 means the guards are on their posts and no PvP is allowed.
守卫解散 means there is no guards and Underbelly becomes free for all PvP zone.
During that time you can farm Sightless Eyes by killing other players.
You get from 15 to 50 盲目之眼 for each kill.
Guard Captain 莱杉 is the one controlling the guards.
You can bribe him to call off guards or call them back for 50 盲目之眼.
You can hire personal guard 雇佣守卫 if guards are not on their posts for 5 gold and you'll not be flagged for PvP,
so do it if you want to avoid ganking.

Cravitz Lorent CAN spawn in the Broken Isles Dalaran.

I know this because I camped for 30 minutes in Northrend Dalaran to no avail, and figured I'd humor myself and check the Legion Underbelly. He was there, and I got all of my rogues their Detection, and stocked up on Cockroaches for friends.

...And I got to watch a brawl occur right on top of him. Bodyguards, people, bodyguards! :)

He is located in both the Northrend Dalaran AND Legion Dalaran. I have witnessed him spawn in both locations at different times. Located near the washed out mage as indicated by comments below.

Anyone know a rough cooldown timer on this guy pls?
Also if he spawns in Old Dalaran why is the picture of the map from Legion Dalaran?

EDIT: While one toon was on Old Dal camping him (so far 45mins) I switched to another on the same realm and went to Legion Dal and he was up there but he did not have the priest toy :[

To maximize your way of finding this NPC, turn on Warmode in either 暴风城 or 奥格瑞玛, then:

Take the portal to 达拉然, 晶歌森林 in your city's portal room.
Head to the Underbelly where the vendor is located.
If he's not there, turn off Warmode.
If he's not there, take the portal back to either 暴风城 or 奥格瑞玛 (located in the Silver Enclave for the Alliance or Sunreaver's Sanctuary for the Horde).
Turn on Warmode again.
Use your 达拉然炉石.
Now that you're in Legion Dalaran, travel to the Underbelly where the vendor is located.
If he's not there, exit the Underbelly and turn off Warmode.
If he's there, profit!
If he's still not there, hit ESC and click on Logout.
Come back tomorrow!

About Warmode: I recommend toggling Warmode on and off because they act as two different phases; meaning an NPC could be up in the world in WM off, but not in WM on. So by doing that, instead of checking two locations, you're really seeing four, effectively doubling your chance at finding the NPC. It's also worth noting that the new Shadowlands feature Chromie Time also act as a second phase, though you cannot go in Chromie Time at max level. But if you can, you can do steps 1-8, toggle on (or off) Warmode, and repeat the steps from 1, giving six locations instead of four.

I tried Dalaran in Northrend with War Mode on. He wasn't there. I went back with it off. He was there.

I set 4 alts in both dalarans and WM on/off. After about a week I found him in Old Dalaran WM On.
Rogue found him and he had glyph recipe, shaman toy (BoE) and rogue detection.
Went to priest and priest toy, glyph recipe, shaman toy showed up.

Thankfully the rogue/priest ones show up when you are that class and were not sold out!

Did this today 06/20/22 in Northrend Dalaran.

I had an inscriptionist, rogue and a priest. The priest was on a different instance, as she was the lone sub-50, so Chromie time? I could not get the others to show up in the same phasing/instance. I ran another toon there that was on the same Chromie time, and it worked.

Just something to consider if you're doing this on multiple alts.

Spawn was quick and Lorent hung around for quite awhile. Took maybe less than an hour and he showed for the post-Chromie toons.

Muy benas viajeros, Cuando Cravitz Lorent se va se preocupa por la aparición de un guardia y dice que luego lo busque, Asi que intuyo que deberias pedirle que retire los guardias a Raethan el elfo de sangre Capitan de los guardias que se encuentra en la entrada. Repito... es solo una hipotesis realmente no se si funciona eso pero parece ser una interesante pista ya que de lo contrario tiene que tener mucha suerte para llegar y encontrarlo o esperarlo tiempo indefinido.

Cravitz Lorent puede demorar mucho en reaparecer y parece no tener horario especifico ya que probe en otros reinos y resultó que estaba.

He spawned when the layer was 3 hours and 50 minutes. Don't know if it's fix (i think it's not) but i hope it will help people who want to meet him in 2024
