As much as I really liked the idea of the heroic paladin tier 12 on my arms/fury warrior I just couldn't get over the dress. Warriors don't wear dresses. SO, I came up with a transmog based heavily on that for others that might share my opinion.

Head: 燃焰头盔 No brainer, the helmet and shoulders are a pretty iconic part of the set!
Shoulders: 复眼护肩
Cloak: 狂怒披风 Easily obtainable at 100 (or as early as 85) from 元素誓约：誓言
Chest: 废土重型胸甲 Also easily obtained from a vendor. 全副武装的伦 sells this in 锦绣谷. 供应商老辛 also sells this in 螳螂高原
Shirt: Anything at all, doesn't show with this chest piece.
Tabard: 影踪突袭营战袍 matches really well. Personally I prefer this set without a tabard.
Bracers: Again, doesn't show.
Gloves: 暴怒巨人手甲 Part of the set, though I debated replacing these I ultimately decided I liked the look of these best.
Belt: 愤怒腰带 Drops from 堕落的瓦拉斯塔兹 in 黑翼之巢. First boss might or might not be soloable depending on your class. Might need a friend due to mechanics.
Pants: 无上掌控腿甲 Again, part of the set. (Fun fact: this is the item that eluded me the longest. I will forever hate Shannox for this.)
Boots: 王族胫甲 Random world drop green, the AH is your best bet to find these.
Weapon: 格萨拉克，地渊之声 drops from Dragonsoul NORMAL. It MUST be normal, or you will get a different color variation. Easily soloable at 100, it does not need to be 25 man you can do it on 10.
I'll let you look up a guide for spine, and save some space :)
